Automation in Government Services: Enhancing Accessibility and Efficiency

Abstract


Automation in government services is transforming the delivery of public services by enhancing accessibility and operational efficiency. This paper examines various automation technologies, including chatbots, robotic process automation (RPA), and self-service portals. Through case studies, the paper highlights the benefits of implementing automation in government services, such as reduced processing times, improved citizen satisfaction, and optimized resource allocation. Additionally, challenges related to digital literacy, technology adoption, and cybersecurity are discussed.
