Abstract

Smart sensors are revolutionizing soil health monitoring by providing real-time data on soil conditions, enabling farmers to make informed decisions for better crop outcomes. This paper examines the applications of smart sensors in agriculture, focusing on their capabilities to monitor parameters such as moisture, pH, and nutrient levels. By presenting case studies, the paper highlights the benefits of using smart sensors, including improved resource management, enhanced crop yields, and sustainable farming practices. Additionally, the challenges of implementing sensor technologies in diverse agricultural settings are discussed, along with future prospects for soil health monitoring.
