Automation in Quality Control: Reducing Errors and Improving Output

Abstract


Automation in quality control is transforming manufacturing processes by minimizing errors and enhancing overall output quality. This paper explores various methodologies and technologies that facilitate automated quality control systems, focusing on applications in defect detection, measurement accuracy, and process optimization. Through case studies, the paper highlights the benefits of implementing automation in quality control, including improved product consistency, reduced rework rates, and increased operational efficiency. Additionally, challenges related to system integration, workforce training, and technology investment are discussed.
