Abstract


AI-powered solutions are instrumental in driving waste reduction in manufacturing processes by optimizing resource utilization and minimizing inefficiencies. This paper explores the methodologies and technologies that enable AI applications for waste reduction, focusing on applications in process optimization, predictive analytics, and material management. Through case studies, the paper highlights the benefits of implementing AI-driven solutions, including reduced material waste, improved sustainability, and enhanced operational efficiency. Additionally, challenges related to data quality, technology integration, and organizational culture are discussed.
