AI Solutions for Supply Chain Management in Manufacturing

Abstract


AI solutions are transforming supply chain management in manufacturing by enhancing efficiency, visibility, and responsiveness. This paper explores the methodologies and technologies that underpin AI applications in supply chain management, focusing on demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics planning. Through case studies, the paper highlights the benefits of implementing AI in supply chain processes, including improved decision-making, reduced operational costs, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Additionally, challenges related to data integration, technology adoption, and collaboration among stakeholders are discussed.
