Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is playing a crucial role in predicting food demand, helping to reduce waste and improve supply chain efficiency. This paper examines the applications of AI in forecasting consumer demand, analyzing historical sales data, and incorporating external factors such as seasonality and market trends. By presenting case studies, the paper highlights how AI-driven demand predictions can optimize inventory management, minimize food waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Challenges related to data quality and algorithm reliability are also discussed, along with future directions for AI in food demand forecasting.

Keywords
