Abstract


AI solutions are revolutionizing the retail sector by enabling personalized shopping experiences that cater to individual customer preferences and behaviors. This paper explores the methodologies and technologies behind AI-driven personalization, focusing on applications in recommendation systems, customer segmentation, and targeted marketing. Through case studies, the paper highlights the benefits of implementing AI solutions for personalized shopping experiences, including increased customer engagement, higher conversion rates, and improved brand loyalty. Additionally, challenges related to data privacy, algorithm bias, and integration with existing systems are discussed.
