Abstract


AI-powered chatbots are revolutionizing customer service in financial services by providing instant support and personalized interactions. This paper explores the functionalities and applications of chatbots in banking, insurance, and investment services, focusing on their role in enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Through case studies, the paper highlights the benefits of deploying AI chatbots, including 24/7 availability, reduced operational costs, and improved customer engagement. Additionally, challenges related to chatbot implementation, user acceptance, and data security are discussed.
