Abstract


The integration of robotics in food processing is revolutionizing the industry by enhancing safety and quality standards. This paper explores the various applications of automation technologies in food processing, focusing on the role of robotic systems in improving operational efficiency, reducing human error, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Through case studies, the paper highlights the benefits of automation, including increased productivity, consistent product quality, and improved traceability. Additionally, the paper addresses the challenges and future directions for robotics in food processing.
