Aeroservoelastic Modeling and Analysis of High Aspect Ratio UAV

Zhi Xu

Abstract

This paper analyzes the aeroservoelastic coupling system dynamics model of high aspect ratio UAV based on branch mode method and quasi-steady aerodynamic theory, then design controller to improve the aircraft flight stability. The classical frequency method is used in analyzing the aeroelastic effect on the servo control system based on the intrinsic mode of the fuselage and the wing. The simulation results show that the stability margin is reduced due to the aeroelastic effect and frequency response peaks exist in the high frequency part. By control system correction, the flight control system of the aircraft meeting the requirements of the frequency domain indicator, and eliminating high frequency noise signals.
