AI-Powered Customer Service Robots in Hotels

Abstract


AI-powered customer service robots are revolutionizing the hospitality industry by enhancing guest interactions and streamlining operations. This paper explores the technologies and methodologies used in deploying these robots, focusing on their applications in front desk services, concierge assistance, and guest communication. Through case studies, the paper highlights the benefits of integrating AI robots, including increased operational efficiency, improved guest satisfaction, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks. Additionally, challenges related to implementation, guest acceptance, and the future prospects of robotic customer service in hotels are discussed.
