AI-Driven Automation in Assembly Line Optimization

Abstract


AI-driven automation is reshaping assembly line optimization by enhancing efficiency, flexibility, and productivity. This paper examines the methodologies and technologies that enable AI-driven automation, focusing on applications in process optimization, robotics, and data analysis. Through case studies, the paper highlights the benefits of AI integration in assembly lines, including reduced cycle times, improved product quality, and increased adaptability to market demands. Additionally, challenges related to system integration, workforce training, and data management are discussed.
